Role Overview

VariableSoft is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and sell our time-tracking software to businesses. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and understanding customer requirements to negotiation, closure, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Generate and qualify leads for the time-tracking software.
- Understand prospects’ attendance, productivity, and workforce-management requirements.
- Present product demonstrations through online meetings and calls.
- Explain product features, pricing, implementation, and business benefits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Negotiate with prospects and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with technical and customer-support teams during onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Track market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good sales, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM, HRMS, attendance, or productivity software.
- Ability to understand customer problems and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:
0–3 years in inside sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or business development.
