Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into explicit functional specifications for BI and analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and successful implementation of BI solutions.
- Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and project requirements.





Required Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or reporting projects.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis concepts.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Background in process analysis and business process improvement.
