About the Role
We’re looking for a
backend-focused Software Engineer
to join our Product & Growth Team. You’ll build scalable backend services, APIs, data-driven features, and growth experiments, with occasional frontend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable
backend services, APIs & microservices
- Develop using
Python / Node.js / TypeScript / Golang
- Work with
SQL & relational databases
- Build event-driven systems using
Kafka
- Containerize and deploy applications using
Docker
- Work in
Linux environments
- Support product experiments, analytics, dashboards & growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Growth and Frontend teams
- Contribute to
React.js
for basic UI/dashboard changes
- Troubleshoot, optimize and improve system performance & reliability
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend development with
Python / Node.js / Golang
- Strong
SQL & database
knowledge
- Hands-on
Kafka
experience
- Docker & Linux

- Good understanding of
