Role Description
This full time, on-site role for Business Development Executives & Managers is based in Pune. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding SkillMetrix’s client base across industries and geographies. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and cold outreach, managing the sales pipeline,



conducting client meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor training solutions to client needs. The role also includes negotiating commercial terms, maintaining strong account relationships, tracking market trends, and preparing regular reports on business development activities and performance. Business Development Executives & Managers are expected to meet revenue targets while representing SkillMetrix’s values of customer delight and quality deliverables.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
