About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on
Lead Full Stack Engineer
to build and scale AI-enabled, cloud-native applications for a fast-paced FinTech product environment. The role will have a strong
backend focus (70%) with frontend development (30%)
, requiring deep expertise in Python, React.js, AWS, and PostgreSQL. You'll own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, while integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into production applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using
Python
.
- Develop responsive and production-ready frontend applications using
React.js
.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to production deployment.
- Build cloud-native and serverless applications using
AWS
.
- Design and optimize
PostgreSQL
databases, including schemas, queries, indexing, and performance.
- Integrate
LLMs and Generative AI
capabilities into production applications.




- Build AI-powered features including intelligent search, chat interfaces, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Integrate AI APIs such as
OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI
, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- Build reusable components, automation tools, APIs, and internal applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in
Full Stack / Software Engineering

- Strong hands-on expertise in
Python
and backend development.
- Strong experience with
React.js
and contemporary frontend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with
AWS Cloud
, including cloud-native and serverless architectures.
- Strong experience with
PostgreSQL
, including database design, schema management, query optimization, and data
