About The Role
We are looking for experienced
Freelance IT & Non-IT Recruiters
to support our growing recruitment requirements. This is a
completely commission-based, flexible, and remote opportunity
for recruiters who have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Recruiters will be responsible for managing their
own sourcing, recruitment tools, databases, portals, and communication facilities
.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT job requirements.
- Manage your own candidate database and sourcing channels.
- Use your own recruitment platforms, portals, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience hiring candidates on W2, 1099, C2C, and H1B employment/work authorization models.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until successful joining.
- Ensure candidates meet client requirements, skills, experience, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and submissions.
- Take complete ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Key Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, or other sourcing channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- An active candidate network will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have access to their own sourcing platforms, databases, calling facilities, and recruitment tools.
