Role Overview:

We're looking for a Copywriter to own how millions of users experience Truemeds across CRM, Performance, and Brand touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of:
- CRM user experience (clarity, empathy, savings)
- Brand (tone, trust, and consistency)
- Performance (CTR, engagement, revenue)

You will write communication that drives engagement,



converts intent, and strengthens the brand across every channel we operate in.

Key Responsibilities:

Everyday User Communication
- Write copy across CRM channels - Push, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email and lifecycle journeys
- Craft messaging for key moments: onboarding, refill, cart, retention, and re-engagement
- Contribute to ATL, BTL, digital, and brand campaigns alongside CRM output

Brand Tone in Practice
- Ensure your copy reflects Truemeds' brand tone - warm, trust-building, and unmistakably Indian
- Follow cohort-specific templates, compliance rules, and playbooks and help refine them with what you learn on the ground

Performance & Experimentation
- Continuously improve CTR, engagement, and conversion on the copy you ship
- Run structured A/B tests, read data, and translate learnings into sharper next drafts
- Use AI tools to scale creation, improve efficiency, and expand your creativ
