Job Summary

Lead Mobile Application Developer

to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, extensive mobile application development experience, and the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to define technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, performance optimization, and security.
- Review code, conduct technical assessments, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technology roadmap planning.
