Role Responsibilities
- Review and react to sample M&A; scenarios and financial models.
- Walk through handling complex valuation challenges.
- Provide structured feedback on financial modeling best practices.
- Discuss day-to-day workflow for evaluating investment banking deals.
Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in M&A;, valuation, and financial modeling.
- Must be a current or former senior investment banking qualified based in India.
- Comfortable discussing detailed financial analysis workflows.
- Available for a short-term remote project.
