Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Manager - Analytics
to own the end-to-end lead to enrollment funnel across channels. This role will be responsible for improving funnel conversion, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing-sales alignment to driveefficient growth.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, strong with analytics and numbers, comfortable working across marketing, sales,



and tech,and able to move quick with strong ownership in a high-growth environment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives across growth, product, and learning outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement segmentation frameworks and cross-sell journeys to drive revenue expansion and user engagement.
- Conduct cohort analysis and retention driver deep dives to understand student lifecycle behavior and improve retention.
- Analyze performance marketing data at the ad level to generate insights on new audience reach, audience overlap,creative fatigue, and identify winning creatives.
- Build advanced visualizations and dashboards that track student progress, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Work on AI-led analytics initiatives, including MCP integrations and multi-agent workflows to enhance automation and insight generation.
