Marketing Intern
who is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn the practical side of real estate marketing. The role involves supporting the marketing team in day-to-day activities, assisting with lead generation initiatives, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.
- Research and identify new channels and innovative ways to generate quality real estate leads.
- Support the team in planning, testing, and optimizing lead generation strategies across different platforms.
- Assist in managing the marketing side of the CRM,



ensuring lead data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Help analyze campaigns and lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, and business growth.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
