Role Description
The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other online support channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The Customer Support Executive will handle service-related questions, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services,



and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal departments to improve processes, support continuous service improvement, and provide feedback on recurring customer concerns.

Qualifications
