Job Description

Billing Administrator

Looking for someone to work on Contracts, Billing and Confirmations.

You will be reporting to a Team Lead-Ops and have a hybrid schedule in Noida/Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities:

· Execute processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Performs a wide variety of billing administration duties for assigned team(s) globally.

· Works with contracts admins,



field service engineers and regional SPOCs to ensure compliance in the service contracts business.

· Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on recent assignments.

· Should have exposure around audits and services contracts.

· Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. 6. Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial and commercial information.

· Prior experience & Knowledge of Contract Review/Release, Contract/Project Closure, Confirmations, Invoice Creation and Editing, Credit Note Generation and Create / Maintain Service Sales Orders as required.

· Should have required knowledge on commercial aspects of contracts and closures.
