Roles and Responsibilities
- Source new channel partners through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide solutions for their real estate requirements.
- Identify potential brokers who can be trained to sell our properties effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for channel sales management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in sourcing, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry.
- Solid communication skills for effective client meetings and negotiations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by senior management.
