HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates across various functions. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment reporting. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, develop stakeholder management skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Your Job:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)




- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation
- Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment-related projects and activities

Your qualification:
- Currently pursuing or 0-1 Year experience or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn
