Role Overview

We are looking for an aggressive, commercially driven Associate / Senior Associate to own business development and revenue growth across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, quick commerce platforms, and allied platforms.

Key Responsibilities
New Business & Revenue Growth
- Drive
current client acquisition

for marketplace-focused solutions
- Own
end-to-end sales cycles

from lead identification to deal closure
- Build and manage a
healthy revenue pipeline

Marketplace-Led Selling
- Sell
marketplace growth solutions

(ads, full-funnel strategies, catalog-led growth, expansion initiatives)
- Create and present
client-facing pitch decks, marketplace audits, and strategy documents

to support new business and expansion conversations
- Work closely with internal teams to convert platform insights into
strong sales narratives

Partnerships & Ecosystem Management
- Build relationships with
partner

agency POCs, category teams, and platform stakeholders
- Leverage partnerships to unlock
co-selling opportunities and enterprise deals




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
partner-led initiatives are closed and scaled

Client & CXO Engagement
- Lead
commercial and strategic conversations

with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
- Pitch proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-impact deals
- Act as the
commercial owner

for growth and expansion opportunities

Reporting & Forecasting
- Track
pipeline, conversions, closures, and revenue contribution
- Provide accurate forecasts and updates to leadership
- Use data to refine pitch strategies and improve win rates
- Senior Associate:

2–6 years of experience with proven deal closures and revenue ownership
- Strong understanding of
marketplace ecosystems

(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
