JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Role Overview
- Position: Interior Site Supervisor / Project Supervisor
- Core Goal: Execute interior designs smoothly from start to final handover

Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily work for carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, painting, and modular furniture installation. Read and interpret interior and shop drawings.
- Quality & Safety Control: Check workmanship quality, flag defects immediately, and enforce site safety protocols.
- Material Management: Verify delivered materials, track inventory, control waste, and forecast upcoming supply needs.
- Coordination: Act as the primary link between designers, vendors, contractors, and clients. Send daily progress updates and photos to Head Office representatives.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in residential or commercial interior fit-outs.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and reading blueprints. Basic computer skills (MS Office / AutoCAD).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, team handling, and transparent communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
