Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of 5+ client accounts across international markets.
- Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, mentoring and performance support.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Bookkeeping
- Drive month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Build strong relationships with international stakeholders and client counterparts across various regions.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes and service standards.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, finance operations or shared services environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting functions and closing books of accounts.
- 6-8 years of people management experience leading accounting or finance teams.
- Solid background handling multiple client portfolios.
- Experience working with international stakeholders across US, UK, APAC or other global markets.
- Solid understanding of IFRS.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements with variance analysis for multiple clients.
