Full-Stack Software Engineer
opportunity
supporting a leading AI lab's cutting-edge GenAI team.
You'll work on fast-moving projects involving
frontier AI models
, building and stress-testing real software applications before they ship. This is an opportunity for experienced engineers to work across modern software stacks while contributing directly to AI-focused engineering projects.

What You'll Do:
- Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools using technologies such as
Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, and TypeScript
.
- Integrate pre-release model APIs into production-quality software.
- Build supporting infrastructure including
tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry
.
- Diagnose and document model and integration failure modes.
- Translate engineering observations into explicit technical feedback for research teams.




- Rapidly prototype against changing requirements and deliver working software increments.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and other engineers on architecture, code quality, and technical documentation.

Who We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional experience
building and shipping production software at a recognized organization.
- Production experience in at least one of
Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++
, plus working proficiency in a second language.
- Hands-on full-stack experience with:
- Backend services and APIs
- React or another modern frontend framework
- Relational or document databases
- Cloud deployment
- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and deliver working code with minimal ramp-up.
- Demonstrated career progression.
- Ability to commit to
40 hours per week during weekdays
.
- Strong written communication and ability to clearly explain complex technical decisions.
