Salesforce Architect / Techno-Functional Consultant
to join our dynamic team. This role combines strong functional expertise with technical proficiency to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive solutions within the
Salesforce ecosystem and boundary systems
, enabling global sales operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and Salesforce technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, data models, workflows, and end-to-end solution architecture strategies.

- Analyze existing workflows, applications, and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using
Apex, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow

- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across Salesforce and related Sales technologies.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, managed applications, recent features, and industry trends.
