Microsoft Sales Manager
with
6-8 years of experience
in business development, enterprise sales, and Microsoft technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a combination of
business development expertise, Microsoft technology knowledge, consultative selling skills, and strong relationship management
. The successful candidate will work closely with technology, consulting, and delivery teams to understand client requirements and position relevant Microsoft-based solutions.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, technology decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Leverage knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology offerings
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions
- Collaborate with Microsoft technology, pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and solutions
