Overview

Newfold Digital is seeking for a technically solid and hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while continuing to provide strong technical direction. The role combines people leadership, architecture, engineering excellence, product delivery, and AI-first development practices.





The ideal candidate is a strong technology leader who can translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions, make sound architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and drive teams toward high-quality and predictable delivery.

A key expectation of this role is to champion AI-first software development, enabling engineering teams to leverage AI across the development lifecycle while maintaining high standards of quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.

What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make Your Mark

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Provide strong technical leadership and direction across the engineering team, while remaining sufficiently hands-on to guide complex technical decisions.
Design, develop, and scale complex, high-performance systems using appropriate architectural patterns for both horizontal and vertical scalability.
Own and influence architectural decisions, technical strategy, technology choices, and engineering standards.
