About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and AI-fluent Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Gurgaon-based team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, a robust instinct for data-backed decisions, and the curiosity to use modern AI tools to work faster and smarter.
This role is built for someone hungry to own outcomes - driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through full-funnel marketing, sharp analysis, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹1 Crore+ across Google and Meta platforms.
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, AI creative and copy generators, automation and analytics assistants)



to speed up creative production, ad copy iteration, audience research, reporting, and campaign analysis.
Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
Build audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, attribution, pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to drive campaign success.
Stay updated with platform changes, AI/growth tooling, and emerging marketing opportunities.
