Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at Synaptic Integrated Telecommunication Services Pvt Ltd a leading IP provider In this role you will support the day-to-day operational activities ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our IP services to customers You will play a critical role in streamlining processes improving operational workflows and driving operational excellence within the company Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist in the execution of daily operational activities including monitoring IP services resolving issues and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure service delivery Process Improvement Analyse current operational processes identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity service quality and customer satisfaction Client Interaction Work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer inquiries or concerns related to IP services ensuring timely and effective solutions Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of operational procedures customer interactions and performance metrics Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on key operational metrics Project Management Assist in managing projects related to service delivery infrastructure upgrades or system enhancements Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Collaboration Collaborate with various departments such as Sales Technical Support and IT to ensure alignment between operational goals and company objectives Compliance and Risk Management Ensure operational activities adhere to industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance Vendor Management Support in managing relationships with third-party vendors ensuring contracts services and deliverables align with operational requirements Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Work with technical teams to resolve an
