Req ID 351783 NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us If you want to be part of an inclusive adaptable and forward-thinking organization apply now We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Testing Analyst Consultant to join our team in Bangalore Karn taka IN-KA India IN Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Data Quality Analyst to support test data management activities ensure testing readiness and contribute to reporting and process improvements The ideal candidate will assist Test Leads develop dashboards for clear visibility of progress and perform quality checks to maintain high testing standards across the team Key Responsibilities Support test data management activities including data preparation validation and coordination with relevant teams Assist Test Leads and serve as a back-up or proxy when required to maintain continuity in test operations Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to effectively communicate team activities progress risks and achievements Conduct quality checks on testing processes documentation and deliverables recommending improvements as needed Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience 2-6 years of experience in testing test data management QA operations or related functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar Familiarity with software testing concepts defect lifecycle and QA best practices Positive communication and coordination skills to support leads and cross-functional teams Preferred Good to Have Experience working in Agile Scrum environments Exposure to data validation test automation or data governance practices Knowledge of JIRA ALM qTest or other test management tools Ability to identify process gaps and contribute to
