Senior Business Analyst – HIS/EMR Implementation
Experience:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between
clinical/operational stakeholders and technology teams
during HIS/EMR implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, workflow analysis, fit-gap analysis, process improvement, documentation, testing, stakeholder management, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with clinicians, nurses, administrators, finance, and operational teams.
- Analyze current and future-state hospital workflows and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional documentation.
- Map workflows covering patient registration,



appointments, admissions, discharge, clinical documentation, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and medication management.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and project teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement validation, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Support solution design, configuration review, master data, forms, business rules, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review SIT/UAT test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Support defect triage, go-live readiness, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Support process improvement, change management, SOP updates, and user adoption.

Required Skills
- 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 4–5+ years of Healthcare IT / HIS / EMR implementation experience.
