Regional Marketing Leader (APAC)
to lead and scale our marketing efforts by making agentic and AI-driven marketing the operating model, not a bolt-on. As the Regional Marketing leader you will be responsible for driving brand-led demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and enterprise revenue growth across APAC — powered by AI agents that replace manual workflows at scale.

This role requires a strategic, hands-on marketing leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise GTM, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and — critically — proven, hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling
agentic marketing systems
as the primary engine of demand generation and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic & AI-Driven Marketing (Primary Mandate
)
- Own the vision and roadmap for
agentic marketing operation
s — architecting a system of AI agents that plan, execute, and optimize demand generation with minimal manual intervention
- Lead adoption of AI-first and agentic marketing approaches, including:




- AI-driven demand generation and personalization at scale
- Intelligent ABM workflows (intent-led targeting, dynamic content, autonomous nurture sequencing)
- Multi-agent systems that orchestrate campaigns, content, and outreach across channels for speed, precision, and ROI
- Reimagine and rebuild marketing operating processes by
replacing manual workflows with autonomous AI agent

- Define evaluation criteria and guardrails for agentic marketing systems (accuracy, brand safety, escalation to humans, ROI attribution)
- Partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and engineering/AI teams to ensure agent-generated insights and actions translate directly into revenue outcomes
