The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support manufacturing and quality activities for GE HealthCare Ultrasound and PCS products. The role provides hands-on exposure to production operations, manufacturing processes, equipment calibration and validation, quality issue resolution, manufacturing documentation, supplier quality coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day manufacturing activities for Ultrasound and PCS products to help maintain protected, compliant, and efficient production operations.
- Support investigation and resolution of manufacturing and product quality issues on the production line.




- Ensure equipment calibration activities are completed according to established schedules and maintain calibration records and reports.
- Perform verification and validation activities related to manufacturing equipment and production processes and support preparation of associated reports.
- Support installation and maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.
- Support identification and ordering of tools and equipment required for manufacturing operations.
- Support timely review and clearance of non-conforming material reports from production and maintain the designated non-conforming product area.
- Work with cross-functional teams and Supplier Quality Engineering to support problem solving and resolution of rejected material issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams on part rejections, rework activities, and related follow-up actions.
