- Build and backtest trading strategies
around corporate actions (e.g., open offers, IPO listings, demergers, rights issues), using historical data, flows, and valuation signals
- Model and track REITs/InvITs
to identify opportunities across yield spreads, asset quality, and market flows in this rapidly growing asset class
- Develop sector-specific investment frameworks
, mapping industry structures, company fundamentals, and valuation drivers
- Design analytics dashboards and real-time monitors
for special situation pipelines, price actions, and event triggers
- Present original investment theses and event summaries
with risk-reward assessment and scenario analysis
- Proactively explore
new event themes or structural dislocations
that can be built into scalable investment ideas

Qualifications:
- 2-4 Years of Experience special situations (IPO, Mergers & Acquisitions, etc)
