Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing plants across PAN India.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Coordinate with plant HR and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical and final interviews.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives across multiple plant locations.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.




- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight timelines.
Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing plants, if required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Experience - 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in the Manufacturing, Plastic Packaging, FMCG, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.

Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.

Manage BRC and SEDEX Audit.
