Job Description
- Proven track record on improving safety in Fabrication & Assembly
- Having expertise in identifying potential risk, Job safety analysis (HIRA) and implementing preventive actions
- Robust & Dynamic person to implement behavior-based safety movement
- Achieve TRIR & LTIR to the bench mark standards
- Defining & implementing critical policies such as Work at height, Lifting, Electrical, Welding, LOTO, Contractors Management & Incident management
- Spearheading safety initiatives to the Associate Heads, Supervisors and Operators and implementing it.
- Maintaining all statutory requirements up to date
- Conducting regular process walk along with Team leaders to bridge the gap in safety standards
