Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Business Associate based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka (HSR Layout Sector 1). The Sales Business Associate will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct sales calls, and provide product information that aligns with Bhanzu’s mission and offerings.



The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling queries promptly, and guiding families through the enrollment process. The associate will support account management activities, track sales performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales campaigns and customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on prospects, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and learner acquisition.
