Job Description
- Acquire new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Generate leads through field sales and open-market activities.
- Identify prospective customers and convert leads into new accounts.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Handle KYC documentation and customer onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide suitable banking solutions based on customer requirements.

Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Positive communication and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
