Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Industrial Trainee
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
GST, TDS, and foreign payments
, along with strong
Excel skills
and the ability to work with large data sets. Effective communication skills in
English and Hindi
are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle
GST filings
, reconciliation, and compliance activities and at least 1 year in taxation
- Prepare
TDS calculations
, deductions, returns, and related documentation
- Handle processes related to
foreign remittances and cross-border payments
, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work extensively on
Excel
to analyze, consolidate, and report financial data
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide necessary support
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Prepare and present reports, summaries, and reconciliations as required




- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing
CA
,
ICWA
, or other qualified finance qualification – completion of IPCC or equivalent is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA Industrial Trainee is an added advantage.
- Prior internship or training experience in finance/taxation is an advantage
- Solid knowledge and working experience with
GST, TDS, Zoho Books and foreign payments,
- Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
– including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large data set handling
- Strong
analytical skills
and attention to detail
- Effective
communication skills
– fluency in
English and Hindi
(written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
