Job Role:
- Manage service, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities for
Tower Cranes and Passenger Hoists
.
- Lead service engineers/technicians and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
- Conduct regular
inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
of tower cranes and passenger hoists.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Ensure equipment is maintained as per safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, and technicians for service requirements and breakdown support.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment performance updates.
- Travel to project sites across the country for inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
- Ensure high equipment availability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
