Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Millwork Design & Estimator
with strong expertise in
Kitchen & Bath Design, Design 2020, and Bluebeam
.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing custom kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and millwork projects, preparing accurate estimates and material take-offs, reviewing construction drawings, and supporting projects from design through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed
Kitchen & Bath designs
based on client requirements, architectural drawings, and project specifications.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, 3D views, cabinet layouts, and detailed millwork designs using
Design 2020
.
- Prepare accurate
cabinet and millwork layouts
, including dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
- Review architectural, interior, and construction drawings using
Bluebeam Revu
.
- Perform detailed




quantity take-offs and measurements
from drawings and plans using Bluebeam.
- Prepare
BOQ/MTO and project estimates
for cabinetry, millwork, countertops, hardware, materials, labor, and installation.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project drawings and specifications.
- Analyze project drawings to identify scope, quantities, materials, and potential design conflicts.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and production teams.
- Make revisions to designs based on client or project requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing, installation, and site conditions.
- Assist in selecting appropriate cabinetry, materials, finishes, countertops, hardware, and accessories.
- Prepare detailed documentation for production and installation teams.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier/vendor pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
