About the Role:
We’re looking for a video editor who knows their craft and can deliver videos that actually keep people watching. You’ll work on everything from long interviews and brand films to quick, punchy Instagram Reels. If you’re someone who likes to try new editing styles, push the limits, and always make videos look sharper, this is the role for you.
*This starts as a 3-month contract, but if your work stands out, we’ll offer you a permanent full-time spot. Remember, this job is 100% office-based.*
What You’ll Do:
- Edit long videos like interviews, documentaries, and brand films, handling hours of footage and turning it into something engaging.
- Create short, scroll-stopping videos and Reels for social media that grab attention fast.
- Make videos look premium using colour grading, clean transitions, music, and text effects.
- Work closely with the content team in the office,
taking feedback and making quick edits.
- Keep up with the latest editing trends and try new techniques without waiting to be told.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-6 years of video editing experience with a solid portfolio.
- Comfortable editing long videos and making them watchable from start to finish.
- Experience making short videos or Reels that got valuable engagement.
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a bonus.
- Hyper detail-oriented. Spot and fix small mistakes on your own, whether it’s a rough cut, colour mismatch, or off audio.
- Self-driven to learn and apply new editing styles and trends regularly.
