Role Description:

The Sales Manager – Riyadh will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with clients in the Riyadh region, while working on-site from Magneto IT Solutions’ office in Ahmedabad. This full-time role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally within IT services, digital commerce,



or marketing technology.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal negotiation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex digital commerce, AI-driven solutions, and marketing offerings in a explicit, value-focused manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of the Riyadh and wider MENA market landscape, with experience building relationships across diverse business cultures.
