We're Hiring | Customer Growth Manager | Mumbai

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 3–5+ Years in Sales Team Management

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Inside Sales Executives

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales objectives

• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations

• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Validation, Customer Service, and IT teams

• Ensure CRM hygiene, process compliance, and operational excellence

• Support supplier growth, retention, and renewal activities

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing Inside Sales or Account Management teams

• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills





• Experience in achieving revenue targets through team performance

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills

• Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen

Preferred Experience:

• B2B Sales Environment

• Subscription-based Business Models

• Customer Success or Account Management Background

• Supplier/Procurement Industry Experience
