Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hotel Amantran Inn - City Centre is responsible for overseeing overall hotel operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring sustainable growth. This full time, on-site role in Udaipur involves managing departmental heads, monitoring financial performance, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining high standards in guest services and facility upkeep. The CEO leads budgeting and planning activities,



ensures compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and develops policies that support efficient front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and administrative operations. The role includes building strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local stakeholders, guiding staff development and performance management, and implementing marketing and service improvement initiatives aligned with the hotel’s objectives.

Qualifications
