Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Varanasi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions,



maintaining general ledgers, and preparing journals. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and management reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flows, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations, supporting audits with accurate documentation, and maintaining organized financial records. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support cost control, and improve financial processes.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel) and comfort working with large data sets.
Experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and cash flow mon
