Your Responsibilities

Responsible person to lead instrumentation and automation activities in plant ensuring that the services are provided in efficient manner within given time frame to ensure smooth operation of plant in safe and reliable manner.
Calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all type of process instruments
Selection of Pressure Transmitter , Level Transmitter ,Temperature transmitter flowmeter & Differential pressure transmitter based on the process requirement.
Understanding and review of instruments drawing like P&ID;, PFD, Cause and effect Diagram.
Hands on experience in PLC / SCADA/ DCS preferred Allen Bradly
Prepare and Review of Instrumentation MTO/BOQ
Instrument and automation inventory management.
Selection of flowmeter & Differential pressure transmitter.
Specifications Prepare and Review of Control Valve and control valve sizing
Prepare and Review Hook up & Loop Drawings
Good knowledge of HART & Profibus Communications Protocols
Involve in training the plant operator how to work in automation system.




Prepare and maintain all the required documentation of the department like SOPs, work instructions, MOCs etc. for testing, calibration of different types of Instruments.
Define, review and approve technical specifications of any recent instrument/ PLC panel to be purchased
Prepare and provide the cost estimation for any instrumentation & automation material for any plant related work & for projects
Prepare and Review Instrument Cable and Tray Layout
Should have basic knowledge and should be able to take care of the OT system of the plant and ensure its reliability and readiness for any non-interruptive operation of plant
Should be able to access logic program and be able to make small modifications into it make Allen Bradly
Prepare and maintain schedule for the timely testing and calibration of different types of Instruments
Responsible for selection, installation and healthy operation of instruments in plant
