Role Description As the Owner at UptoSkills, the individual will provide overall strategic direction, define business goals, and ensure alignment with the mission of making freshers employable. This full-time, in office role in the Greater Rajkot Area involves overseeing operations, product development,



partnerships with colleges and corporates, and customer experience across the ecosystem. The Owner will manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement in processes and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring core teams, nurturing key client and stakeholder relationships, representing the brand at events and meetings, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The role will also involve identifying new market opportunities, refining the value proposition, and guiding marketing and branding initiatives to grow the platform.
