Job Description.
- Create and manage production plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure resource utilization.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order materials.
- Analyse production data for process improvement opportunities.
- Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications.
- Daily MIS preparation and reporting to EPCO
- Plan and organize production workflow for one or multiple products
- Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Collect output information including number of finished products percentage of defectives and so on
- Create status and performance reports and present them to managers
- Work together with quality control warehouse and other staff

Qualifications
- Education:
- BE/B.tech in engineering/ any graduate /Postgraduate
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience in the extrusion process, preferably with EVA/POE encapsulant sheets.
