Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.
- Develop and hunt for new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory.
- Develop market and new business for HR Tech product launching in August 2026
- Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa




- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with the company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHROs, MD, CEO's.
- Manage large global key accounts and take profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility.
- Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Create bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years
in international business development, preferably in
executive search, recruitment, or employee perks, training, learning, or professional services
.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Established network of senior-level decision-makers at leading global organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex, long-cycle deals.
- Highly self-motivated
