We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data & Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of data analysis, business intelligence, and process automation expertise. This role involves developing data solutions, creating insightful visualizations, ensuring data quality, and implementing automation platforms to drive efficiency and informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Engineering:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Perform complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and SAS to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Business Intelligence & Visualization:
- Develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of BI solutions.
- Provide expertise in Tableau development best practices,
including data source optimization and dashboard performance.
Data Quality & Governance:
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance policies.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Work to improve data reliability and consistency across various data sources.
Business Process Automation:
- Develop, configure, and support business process management (BPM) applications using Appian.
- Utilize Xceptor for intelligent data capture, extraction, and automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other data professionals.
- Present analytical findings and technical solutions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
