Job Overview
The Lab Analyst role at Reliance Industries Limited is a fixed-term employment position based in Vadodara for a duration of 2 years. The successful candidate will conduct laboratory analyses, support process improvement, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in lab routine analysis to ensure accurate and reliable test results that contribute to operational and quality targets (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in SOP Compliance, guaranteeing procedures are consistently followed for all laboratory operations and during documentation (Mandatory skill).




- Audit preparation experience to ensure readiness for both internal and external laboratory and process audits (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, with skills in interpreting laboratory data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Hands-on experience operating a wide range of laboratory equipment with attention to operational safety and maintenance requirements.
- Capability to maintain meticulous laboratory documentation, ensuring all data are recorded, tracked, and archived as per organizational guidelines.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, including conducting regular checks, calibrations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support operational excellence.
