Role Description
The ANO (Associate NCC Officer) will support and coordinate National Cadet Corps (NCC) activities and student development initiatives on campus. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jalandhar,



requiring regular engagement with students, faculty, and NCC authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing drills, parades, and training sessions, supervising discipline and safety during NCC events, and maintaining records related to cadet participation and performance. The ANO will also plan and execute camps, workshops, and outreach programs, promote physical fitness and leadership qualities among cadets, and ensure adherence to NCC guidelines and institutional policies. Collaboration with academic and administrative departments to integrate NCC activities with overall student development is an essential part of the role.
