Q9 Infra is looking for an experienced Closing Manager to drive growth for our commercial real estate investment offerings. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from engaging qualified leads to closing high-value deals with HNI and business-owner clients.
You will work closely with the pre-sales team to convert leads into site visits and successful closures, while also playing a key role in building long-term client relationships and driving referral business.
The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing the final stage of the sales cyclefrom qualified prospect to successful booking.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in negotiation, objection handling, investor communication, follow-ups, and deal closure, with robust experience in commercial real estate or high-value property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive the end-to-end closing process for qualified prospects.
- Convert site/office visits and qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Understand client/investor requirements and identify the right investment opportunity.
- Handle price negotiations, objections, concerns, and decision-making barriers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure.
- Build strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and corporate customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Sales Executives to identify high-potential prospects.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic and high-value deals.
- Explain project details, commercial benefits, investment potential, pricing, payment plans, and relevant terms to clients.
- Ensure all client queries are addressed promptly during the closing stage.
- Coordinate with documentation, legal, finance/accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate updates of prospects, negotiations, and closures in the CRM.
