Job Summary
We are seeking a energetic and experienced Group Manager to lead our Marketing & Sales efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive market growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve ambitious sales targets for Hitachi, Ltd.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans aligned with Hitachi's overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies.
- Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, events, etc.).




- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Manage marketing and sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and service teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in marketing and sales.
- Closely work with tendering/pre-sales, contract team, engineering to negotiate terms and win new order for the BU for power system sales
